At Vortex Keyboard, we stand behind the precision and quality of our mechanical builds. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, mint condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Securely

  Place the keyboard and all original accessories, including keycap pullers and cables, into the original manufacturer packaging to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware integrity and switch functionality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
